Great prices and they usually exactly have what I need. Service is mostly extraordinary. Most employees are friendly and helpful. One girl at the register was apathetic and disconnected once. She huffed and puffed when the guy in front of me asked for a bag and then she just handed him a bag instead of bagging the few items he had; all without even looking at him, but everybody has bad days. I didn't ask for a bag. I still go there when I need supplies for work. Place is a life saver.

Overall a fairly friendly staff. They ask if we need help when we arrive to the store. A few younger kids starting off in the workforce. However if you need a service provided expect to be waiting 5-7 business days to be completed.

I've dropped off my mower blade to be sharpened on Monday. It is now Friday and "the guy who does it" was working Tuesday and again today, and still waiting for it to be completed. No sense of urgency for the customer. Frustrating to say the least. I've needed to mow my lawn all week and now that its a holiday weekend, I can expect another few days. Kind of outrageous.

It has now the following Thursday and still have not recieved the blade. Called and asked about it multiple times throughout the week and was told dofferent answers. Finally asked to talk to the manager and left on hold for almost 10 minutes. Changed to a 1 star. I am astounded by the lack of service this place gave to its customers.
