Stopped by Ace to figure out what I needed to fix a little home project and had some trouble finding exactly what I was looking for. A worker named Alice asked if I needed any help and was so kind, patient, and helpful the entire time while I explained my situation. I just found out she's heading off to college soon, I'm so sad to see her leave! Definitely my favorite hardware store in the area

I couldn’t be more disgusted with my experience today. Fixing a taillights in my
Car and my father in law took me to to get an 11mm deep socket. The sockets are locked up and my father in law and I were waiting to get someone to unlock it. That’s when I flagged down Brenton. After he unlocked i asked him about 2 more items that he needed to look up in my computer. My father in law a few feet behind me, we follow Brenton to the computer where Brenton says my father in law, “ are you going to keep staring at me? Do you need something?” I was flabbergasted. I put my things down and we walked out. Do better Brenton.

So I visited Ace last week when my son’s monster truck broke. Just needed a screw. Me an associate named Luke and he promptly took the truck and spent 20 minutes finding the right screw. The thread were stripped but he glued the pieces so the screw wouldn’t pop out. My son was overly happy he got his monster truck back. It’s service like this that makes people come back!
