Schultz Contracting

You never know what level of service or quality of product you get on FB marketplace… I look at reviews starting with the one star ratings then go from there.
I met Brandon for the first time today when he delivered the rock to the back of our property.
Excellent rock! If I think about it, I’ll post pics when I’m done with my project. Brandon is very courteous and cares about his customers.
I ordered 2 more yards of rock, so he’ll deliver it tomorrow.
I recommend Brandon.

This company is absolutely terrible! We ordered snow removal for one hour at a price of $70.00. They never said anything about different pricing for residential or commercial properties. They only said that if the snow was cleared within one hour, the price would be $70.00. In reality, they plowed for only 15 minutes, and the work was very careless! We had to clear the snow two more times ourselves.

We complained to them, but they didn’t come back until two days later. By then, cars had already driven over the snow, making it harder and more compacted. I was shocked when they sent me a bill for $311.25. They explained that it was because there was a lot of snow and that this was a commercial property.

Myself and the surrounding businesses are truly dissatisfied with both their work and their pricing. I paid them and consider this the last time I will ever do business with them. If you plan to work with this company, please be careful. Their work is very sloppy, their prices are high, and they are not clear about pricing from the beginning.

Schultz Contracting is amazing. I wanted to get an Egress window put in my basement so when I reached out I spoke with Brandon who not only quoted me a great price but he was able to get me on the schedule pretty quickly. From start to finish Brandon and his team were awesome and the communication was great. Whatever questions I had Brandon was quick with getting back with me. When his team came out to do the install they were very professional and walked me through the whole process they also answered any questions I may have had. They did an amazing job on the Egress Window and it only took a few days. After it was finally installed they made sure they cleaned everything up and they even painted so I didn't have to. If I could give 10 stars I definitely would. Schultz Contracting is a amazing company and I'm really happy that I was able to get my Egress Window installed by them.

(Sump pump installed) Great Job!! Other companies told me they would have to break off my base boards and go through my drywall. They did everything without touching either and covered all my things up so they would be damaged or affected by the process. In addition, the price was better than all the rest. Trust me, I’ve called and sat down with most of them in our area. Clean work and the staff was nice and respectful the whole way through. Very very satisfied!!! Grade A
