First time at Smith’s off of a referral from a friend. In my case, I have an older vehicle (06 Infinity M35X just clicked over 200,000) that I still drive back and forth to Louisville sometimes daily. A good service center is of utmost importance to me. I need to know I can drive safely and even as important I want to see what is wrong my and why. Smiths gives me that. Smiths gave me a review of the vehicle from front to back with clear, to the point pictures of the main issue I had with my front suspension, found another legitimate concern to address, and then went over things to be prepared to do 6 months out. The work was completed in a timely manner. It was a price that was very fair. Not only that, I was in a position where I could not pick it up. Smith’s drove it to me on the west side at end of day. I have driven the vehicle, and the service done
Is immediately noticeable. My M35 drives tight and smooth like new. First visit experience is A+. Would recommend and 5 stars

I can’t tell you enough about how great this shop is from top to bottom. 4+ generations of auto mechanic experience adds up to a no hassle one-stop shop for auto repair. Kerry and the whole crew have been great throughout my entire process. If you don’t like real-time updates on your vehicle or a shop that communicates to the nth degree, then this is not the shop for you. But if you value a quality repair from a shop that actually cares then you should start taking your vehicle here. Trust me, you’ll be very happy you did
