Seller stated they would arrange shipping for a Thursday when I was home. Frags arrived frozen on Wednesday.
Seller admitted fault.
I have yet to receive a refund.
Nice to see this is how they treat LE customers.

I purchased 1” GSP and 2 Rasta Zoa heads back about 2 months ago. Quick shipping and very well packaged. It took a couple weeks for everything to truly open up, but when they did they were just as described. My GSP is already over Doubled in my back wall and the Rasta Zoas already have doubled and showing awesome colors. I would definitely do business again. Thank You Staub Aqua.

30 % of my order was dead on arrival and they would not replace stating "its hard to ship them Xenia's" 300$ down the drain I see he added offered to replace PLEASE REPLACE (this of course never happened) His response is a lie and he is a crook PLEASE folks go somewhere else is DEALS look good on paper but that is all
