Come to my house to work on my skid steer and charged me $900 for 15 minutes and then he told me that the battery was bad I asked him how much would it cost to get a new one hold on to something so you don't fall 2100 dollar.s so 900 for him to tell me that my battery was not working so no fix and new battery was going to cost me 2100 and still no fix so you guys can tell me what you think about that and would you spend that much for such little work and still don't run and he was only there 15 minutes and he put down on the receipt for the order the work order that he was there for 3 hours what a lie

Was decent dealing with this company, one guy there seamed like maybe he was new to customer service, he was sitting in the chair on the right side of the service counter, maybe he was on break I’m not sure. But the guy on the left of the counter, he was very helpful and had good customer service. He also gave my dog a treat.

Sold me a forklift for $10,000, immediately had problems, they loaned us a replacement while working on our forklift. They disassembled our forklift, discovered they had the wrong parts, and then did not reassemble the forklift… Forcing us to continue borrowing their rental forklift. ended up being a $5000 repair bill and a $10,000 rental bill.
It was 10 years ago, but it’s hard to let it go.
