The guy at the door and the lady on the computer were very nice and efficient, that's why I give 5 stars.
I'm withholding my rating for John Deere because I purchased my riding lawnmower July 2 this year and the back tire has a slow leak, the lady says tires are a wearing item and ain't covered under the warranty.
I'm not sure at this point if I half to pay for the fix, I'll half to add more later.
I picked up my tire, it was repaired.
It wasn't covered under the warranty, but the lady said the dealership would cover it this time.

My neighbor at the lake has a john deer lawn tractor. I have used it a few times, and I really liked how it steered and the sturdy ride. So I went to Truland Equipment to see their selection, gather some information, and get a price. There was one other person in the store getting some information. They had a good selection, and each tractor had a price on it. I looked two tractors over, and I was there for about 12 minutes. I had some questions, and I stood by the mower and looked at the young salesperson multiple times. I waited about another 8 minutes, I continued to stand by the mower and looking at the young man. He looked at me a couple of times, but he never acknowledged me, said he would be with me shortly, not a word. I then walked over to their information rack to see if I could find a brochure to get my questions answered. It is located by their front door and about ten feet from the only employee who appeared to be working the showroom. I ended up walking out the door without being greeted or asked if I could be helped. The young man needs to be trained on sales protocols and customer service.
I went back five days later, and it was a rerun of the earlier visit. I ended up going to a different lawn mower dealer, got waited on, and I bought a different brand mower,
