I only dealt with mobile service coming to my property and everything well. The part that they said was bad, I replaced, but didn't fix the problem. (That was a $240 part!) I have found a way to bypass that part and I will eventually take it in to the shop, but it's a 1.5 hour trip one way.

If I could give this dealer 0 stars I would. They markup their machines and their service costs. Bobcat of Ventura is the best dealership ship in Southern California. They actually care about their customers. For the same machine bobcat of Ventura was ten thousand dollars lower. Jim the sales manager is just like all the other shady sales people that work at all the other dealerships associated with valley bobcat. They lost my business for good.
