These people are amazing! We called ahead that morning with water heater and slide problems. We pulled in at 4:00 and dad AND son both came to the trailer and worked on each separately, teaching my husband and I how to trouble shoot in the future. We were fixed in 30 minutes, very economically, and off to our trip to Glacier and Canada. Can’t recommend these kind and HONEST people enough!

Highly recommend. We were halfway through a five week trip when our Schwintek slide broke and jammed. We pulled into Western trailer sales just on the hope they could help. Duke diagnosed our problem and spent the next two hours repairing our slide with the spare parts he had on hand. We're were able to finish our trip and slide is still working great.

Wish I could give 10 stars. Our trailer spring hangers broke in Havre. Western Trailer and Marine dropped everything to get us back on the road. Duke, Clyde and the rest of the staff bent over backwards to help us. Thank you!

These people know their business!! They were informative, professional, proficient, knowledgeable, honest and got it done in a timely manner. These are good folks!! We were just driving through with a break problem which we had looked at by others along our travels without resolution but Duke assessed the problem accurately and got right on it. We have been over a thousand more miles and our breaks have worked perfectly!! Thank you Duke!

We somehow wrecked our camper trailer 7-pin plug on our way back to the west side of the state. Called Western around 3:15, got there around 3:30, and were all fixed up by 4:30ish. Such nice, friendly people who we are SO thankful for! Also, the adorable shop cat, Kevin, loves back scratches!
