Absolutely terrible customer service. Charged me to diagnose a chainsaw and recommended I replace a igniton coil that was brand new. When I declined the repair they angrily returned my saw completely disassembled in a box, they said if I wanted it put back together I’d have to pay extra! The general manager has no customer service skills and the service department is terribly understaffed. I will now go anywhere else for my small engine and equipment needs. It’s a shame to lose business over poor customer service which is completely avoidable. I hope ownership is taking note of all the one star reviews

Beware buying used equipment here. They sold me a used chainsaw that was not functioning properly. I brought it in within the timeframe to get it looked at and they started it up and said it was fine and sent me on my way. Fast forward and the issue persisted but I was too busy with other things. Finally brought it back in but now I am outside of the timeframe and they were going to charge me almost as much as I originally paid to service it… and offered me about 1/3 of what I originally paid for a trade-in. I am going to figure it out on my own because I have been here 3 times and still don’t have a functional chainsaw. I wish I had just bought a new one instead of dealing with this headache.
