I only give it a 4 instead of a 5 because they were absolutely amazing when I came in and I needed a car and didn't have. They didn't have it in stock. They made a solution for me. However, I did order the parts still. And when I came to pick it up, one guy was helping somebody. And I've seen employees everywhere. Obviously they must have other jobs besides the counter.And it was quite a long way before I could just simply ask to pick up the part that was already paid for and I think that maybe one of the people walking by, or anybody could have said this or something.I could help you with real quick, and they could literally grab the part off the shelf and just pay for handed it to me and I can have been on my way so that the other two people that came in after me, they would have had no wait.

Ordered a new lawn tractor online. The salesperson Mackenzie was knowledgable, propmt and efficient. The tractor was delivered a week later by Joe who went over the operation of the machine and was very friendly and arrived when he said he would.
Didn't come with an owners manual or extra key, so Joe brought it by the next day . Mackenzie also had one sent FedEx along with a Hat! I recommend you buy from this dealer instead of Lowe's or home depot. They have certified techs doing the assembly and prep of the machine instead of hourly employees. I spent 35 years as a Sales manager of dealerships like Mercedes, Cadillac, Acura and Honda. I know what quality customer service feels like.

I have been looking to purchase a tractor for many years. I compared several brands and decided to go with John Deere due to it’s long-term commitment to quality and ease of use.

I met with Kirk to discuss various models, options, and pricing. He was very helpful and easy to work with. He provided me with the information I requested and made sure there was no pressure. I considered what I wanted to do for several months and anytime I had an additional question Kirk would meet with me and answer my questions.

Eventually I decided to purchase a JD 4044 with some attachments. The process was handled professionally, smoothly, and pleasantly.

When the tractor was delivered Kirk came out and provided training to me and my son for several hours to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Kirk and Pape Machinery have been great to work with and I highly recommend them both.
