Justin was an excellent sales rep when I came in for a couple pieces of Stihl equipment. He was very professional, and I walked out with everything I wanted, and a good deal on all of it. They have a very good selection of Stihl.

Don't waste your time here. Customer service is the worse. Drove an hour away to get better customer service and deal on a Kubota tractor. L3902HST.
So every time I go into this store, they act like I'm not even worth their time. The first time I wanted a gasket for a non Kubota tractor. The guy at the parts counter opened a few drawers and then slammed them close telling me This is a Kubota dealer not a Yanmar dealer. I explained I get it but it's a universal gasket and was just checking. Flash forward a a year later and after getting a Kubota, I had a hydraulic hose blow out on my Kubota L3902. Went in and the guy says to me . Sorry, they've been all taken by the repair shop so we don't have it and tried to send me across town to a hydraulic hose place.I asked if he could make me one and just said No. So I just went to the nearby John Deer tractor store and they made one for me and were very nice about it. Flash forward about another year and had another blew out on a different hose (Both the blow out hoses went to my front loader). Now this is a newer tractor 2022 and so I'm not blaming the tractor or Kubota because I've been happy with the tractor.
Again because this dealership is so close ,I wasn't going to let the last two time stop me from checking. So I went in and showed him the hose. The guy tosses it on the counter, look's up, the part number and then about two minutes comes back and tells me" "We don't have this!" I asked him how long would it be to get one and he replied no idea. Again try's to get me to go to the Hydraulic shop across town. I asked him if he could build me one. He took out a couple of fittings, stopped and replied I'm not doing this today and tossed it back on the counter. I honestly couldn't help myself and replied "Every time I come in here your just rude" I went to the John Deer dealer again around the corner and again they made me a new hose and I was back to work the same day. Now I'm looking at getting an excavator and everyday I drive by this location I have no desire to stop in. I will drive an hour away every time to avoid this place.

Always a pleasure to go to Moen Machinery. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great inventory on hand and pricing everytime I go there. Needed a Honda mower today and called them 20 min prior too them closing and arrived to have my new mower oiled, gassed, and ready to. Thanks Drew and Team!
