Upon arrival, we came in contact with a sales consultant, Matthew Perez, standing outside the dealership. As we were walking up to him, I told him that he has a tough job ahead of him, as we have been Toyota owners since the 1990’s. Matthew acknowledged that and took on the challenge with a smile. He was genuine, not pushy at all, which was a pleasant surprise. I said, we continue to be Toyota lovers, but are hesitant to get a Rav 4, because this year it is a hybrid model. We were looking for something similar in size. He took the time to listen to what exactly we wanted in our car, which was a sunroof, heated, leather seats and safety features. We decided to look at the Honda CRV and take it for a test drive.

Although Matthew was young, he obviously learned a great deal about being good at his job, he was extremely knowledgeable about Honda vehicles. Before the test drive, he took us through the entire CRV, explained in detail the features that it had and how each of them worked.

Throughout the process, Matthew was patient and never pressured us, making sure we felt comfortable with every decision. Matthew was easy to talk to, he answered all our questions honestly and provided helpful suggestions, which made our buying experience smooth and enjoyable.
