Do not get your stuff serviced here. Nobody returns calls, they'll put you on hold just hang up and then return you a dirty machine.

First of all let me say how appreciative I am for the amazing customer service I received. Long story very short. Due to extremely bad planning on my part I was trying to find a part very very very last min. All I had was a picture of the equipment. Not when as picture of the part. Megan in the parts department was super helpful. Not only was she able to find the parts I needed. But she stayed there until I got there ( after closing ) to make sure I was getting the correct parts. Now they have an after hours pick up. That she could've taken my info and left the parts there. NOT NO! NOT MEGAN! she made sure that I had exactly what I needed and waited to make sure. A+A+ TO Megan! Thank you for all your help!

Every time I call, the staff are SUPER helpful and courteous. I live across the water, and they are more than accommodating with delivery. I won't buy machinery parts from anywhere else. This is the go-to spot.
