Went in to get a prehung interior door. Was greeted and helped by Lucas. Was in and out in 2 minutes with exactly what I needed. He even carried it out to my truck. Great customer service.

I went back to the CF location after visiting the Warwick and West Warwick locations because of Neils customer service and professionalism. He didn't ignore me when I went to look for a bathroom vanity. He took his time and was extremely helpful.

I have had the pleasure of working with Teresa Latona at Builders Surplus. She is fantastic, always goes easy above and beyond what you would think for a business like this. She has taken the time to research things for me and always calls me back. It's an absolute pleasure to work with someone that you know has your best interests. I appreciate that very much

We went in without a contractor looking to update a very old kitchen. Heather helped us design our kitchen and was so patient with us. We did have an issue with a cabinet that was not assembled right, but they reordered the cabinet and it was perfect! and the bad assembler no longer works there. We are in love with our new kitchen! Thank you all involved for helping us xoxo
