Certified Auto Repair

I stopped by Certified Auto repair to ask for help with a lingering suspension noise. I had taken the car to other shops with no fix identified. The team set up an appointment to diagnose. Costs were clear and shared up front. They properly identified the issue and gave a clear estimate for repair. Repairs were complete as promised and cost exactly as quoted. I do a little work on my cars and the team here was comfortable answering my questions and clearly explaining why the repair quoted was the right fix. It was the best experience I've ever had at a mechanic. They have earned my trust and I will be back!

This is by far one of the best auto repair shops I’ve been too! The workers are friendly and care about the customer’s needs. Their system to show images of what is wrong and allow you to choose what fixes are made is very helpful if you struggle to understand cars. The workers are always polite over the phone and go above and beyond with repairs. I specifically talked to Jason many times and it would not have been a smooth repair process without him. I highly recommend certified auto repair to anyone in the area who needs a service or repair!
