Dodd Construction, LLC

Doug and the team at Dodd Construction helped us replace an original deck that has been causing significant issues to the home. From assisting with planning and engineering designs, through to accomplishing the work, Dodd Construction was always meticulous, considerate, and thorough. Our project had a number of curveballs that Doug and the team were able to overcome, always keeping us in the loop as to what was happening and providing accurate estimates when additional work was presented. I would highly recommend Dodd construction for any major projects you are considering. Extremely professional with quality work.

Dodd Construction remodeled our 1976 primary bath, and we couldn’t be happier with the process and outcome. Doug and his tradespeople were very detailed, professional and produce top notch work. Communication was great as any questions or concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Doug completed the project not only on time but on budget. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dodd Construction and will use on any future projects.

We hired Doug Dodd and his team of experts to remodel our Guest Bath and Master bath. The guest bath was just an update with new tub, flooring, and tile.

The master bath was a complete remodel... taking walls out, installing a new wall and door where pony wall previously existed. Redoing the plumbing and electrical to install/relocate a double vanity, medicine caps and lights. Also involved swapping where the previous shower and toilet were located resulting in the need to reconfigure the stack.

It also involved removing popcorn ceilings and retexturing/painting the entire space.

The work was top notch. Doug is very detail oriented and picks up areas for rework until he is happy with the results. He hires a skilled team of other trades such as electrical, plumbing, and tile. All are very friendly, respectful and professional.

We could not be happier and would recommend Doug and his team for any construction or remodeling projects you have in mind.

Cost was very competitive and he listens and works with the client to meet expectations.

Dodd Construction just finished another project for me. They originally completed my master bath remodel last spring, I was impressed with their work so hired them again this summer to revamp my living room fireplace as well as numerous other improvements including painting my kitchen, replacing all my interior doors as well as changing out all of my electrical sockets and light switches. Since I have numerous home improvements I want to do Mr. Dodd worked with me to figure out which improvements fit within my current budget. I will definitely hire them again when I decide to complete my next round of improvements.
