I had to take my truck in for a diagnostic and repair. John (my advisor), Alec (advisor), and Jack (loaner team rep) were all great to work with. John communicated with me through the process and Alec took care of me when John was out. The customer service provided was great. Jack accommodated me with a courtesy vehicle that suited my family. I purchased a used 2019 Subaru Series Gray STI from H&H dealership back in September. Both of the salespeople (Mitch & Hayden) were great and easy to work with, no complaints there! 10/10 for each of them! Shortly after leaving the lot the check engine light came on due to a catalytic converter issue. I will say the service department handled it quickly and fixed it at no charge, which I very much appreciated because cats are expensive!! The advisor was super friendly as well! During the test drive, I noticed a few things that needed attention (alignment, a couple small dings, and some curb rash) and I was told those would be taken care of before delivery. When I picked it up, those items hadn't been corrected yet, but I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the manager, John, for reaching out and handling everything immediately!! They got the alignment corrected and they're also taking care of the dents and wheel next week. Everyone I spoke with was super kind and genuinely wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Things happen sometimes, but what matters most is how a dealership handles it and they absolutely made it right. I really appreciate the professionalism and how they followed through! Overall I'm super happy with my STI and I really appreciate the way they followed through to make sure everything is correct!
