Stay far away from this dealership. We purchased multiple vehicles from them under Baxter, and after experiencing years of their slimy practices and terrible customer service, we swore we would never purchase a vehicle from their dealership again. Fast forward to when they were bought out by Sid Dillon. There was a truck we really liked but were leery due to past experiences with the dealership. We were assured they were nothing like Baxter, different management, different values, blah blah blah. So we in good faith decided to purchase a truck through them. I should have known when they used the same degenrate haggling tactics with everything from the price to the "warranty"....the process was exhausting and I left feeling like we did not get a fair deal (we did not have negative equity, bad credit, etc. they just screwed us around to give us the shittiest warranty possible so they could pocket the most money). Since purchasing the truck, ther have been multiple issues that we have been told WERE covered under warranty initially when we took it in to troubleshoot, then when the work is supposed to be done they tell us things aren't covered (even though in our warranty papaerwork it says they allegedly are). Surprise! I could go on, but hopefully you get the picture. My son just turned 16 and is in the market for a vehicle, and I am currently in the market for a new vehicle. I will never again give them another penny or my business and will tell all friends and family to go elsewhere. They care about their bottom dollar more than anything, plain and simple.
