We were so blessed to find them! We originally came across them through a Facebook post Linda had made, and the home was exactly what we had been searching for.

From the very first communication to every follow-up and the final walkthrough, the entire process was seamless. Linda was incredibly responsive and helpful from the beginning, making sure we had all the information we needed and keeping everything moving smoothly.

Tommy also went above and beyond—he met with me, answered every question I had, and even stayed with me throughout the preliminary inspection to make sure everything was clearly explained and understood. That level of care and commitment really stood out.

What impressed us most was their honesty, friendliness, and professionalism. There was never any pressure—just genuine guidance and a clear desire to help us make the right decision.

If you’re looking for a team that truly cares, communicates well, and follows through on everything they say, I can’t recommend Linda and Tommy enough. We are extremely grateful for the experience and would absolutely work with them again.

Just finished speaking with Gary at Holiday World. We worked with Gary at Gander RV (Camping World) to buy our first travel trailer. He was straight with us then so there was no question who we would call to trade in our travel trailer and get a bigger trailer. WE MADE THE RIGHT DECISION! Gary’s integrity and his willingness to answer all questions along with being willing to spend hours with us was great. We’re very appreciative.

I also would like to give Raquel from the service department was great. She was really helpful in getting the “extras” taken care of. She also made sure to get the extra work like taking the saddles off of our trailer and transferring them to the new for the sway bars. She did the same with mounting the camera system, along with a camera of our own above the front door. It’s really nice being able to get EVERYTHING we needed at one place and not get taken. Thank you so much for all you did for us Gary and Rachel! Thank you to Holiday World for all of your help.

Amazing group of people. Treated us well, stayed late to discuss pricing and options, and was fully transparent with everything. Randy was great, didn't try to push us into anything, the sales manager Tommy was an ex vet and was amazing. And the finance manager Robin was great! She wasn't pushy at all and went through all the options and happily smiled if we declined. We went to probably 15 dealers and these folks were the best!!!!!

It was a great experience! Sales representative Gary was very helpful and friendly. Gary explained the differences and benefits of each RV we were interested in until we chose one. He shared his experience and knowledge of the RV world since we are new to it. We are extremely grateful and happy that we got him to work with since he made us feel relax not pressured or hurried. All the best to the team the manager and the lady in the supply area they were awesome too.
