Home Outlet

I wanted to wait a while before writing an honest review about this location. Last year, a friend recommended we go to Home Outlet for our home remodel, and I am so glad we did! We ordered our front and patio doors, kitchen cabinets, countertops, and various other home improvement items from here.
First off, Mike the manager, Kendra, and everyone else in that store offer exceptional service! The quality of everything we got is amazing. They offer design services, which gave us a clear visual idea of how everything would look for the kitchen and laundry room. The cabinets are all solid wood—we got ours stained, and went with all-drawer options. They take about 2–3 months to arrive, but they come fully assembled and stained perfectly. The drawers hold a good amount of weight and are a great choice for lower cabinets. They open smoothly and close softly. Listen to Mike and take his advice on who to hire to install them; those guys (Erik and Tim) are excellent!
We also replaced our front and patio doors with their fiberglass doors. The whole winter went by, and no cold air came through them at all. They open and close so smoothly. The prices are so good that you might assume it's cheap junk, but we honestly looked everywhere, and it really is top quality for a great price.
We spent all of 2025 (from January to December) doing a complete gut job construction on our home. We had been planning, researching, and purchasing since 2024, but we didn't stumble upon this place until around April or May of 2025. I would have saved so much more money had I started here! We learned a lot from remodeling an entire house that you just can't learn from YouTube or HGTV. You sincerely won't be disappointed with this place.

I bought these cabinets because—according to the salesperson who assisted me—they were the best available in terms of their fronts (doors); furthermore, he claimed that the price was higher due to their specific color (implying that they were made of high-quality wood). Now, approximately two years later, it turns out that they are actually made of cardboard—not wood, as I had been assured. We have no issues with humidity or excessive water exposure that could have caused them to end up in this condition. To make matters worse, I paid $2,000 or more, only to discover that they didn't last nearly as long as the ones I had previously. What a ridiculous and excessively expensive material!

We weren't an important customer, but Home Outlet in East Providence took care of us like we were!

We were just trying to put together a Livestream desk for a church. A couple of cabinets, a countertop, hardware & accessories.

They made sure we had all the right stuff (who could think of it all?) Helped us.load the truck. And made sure that the price fit our budget.

Our deepest thanks to Manager Mike and his team.
