We have been LVF customers for many years. Mike T. was very helpful in securing me a loaner once it was obvious my car couldn't be repaired. He then communicated multiple times with us about the car we were interested in. He started the credit check right away to save us time later. The day after it arrived on the lot it was ready for our test drive after our work day. He explained all the bells and whistles with the newer technology that we weren't familiar with and made sure to answer any questions. I was able to drive it home in time for dinner!
