The team did a great job fixing a large water leak that was damage on a wall. Excellent communication and fair pricing. I can definitely recommend.

You won't regret having Tyler as your general contractor.
Tyler communicates quickly and professionally, he is detail oriented and knowledgeable, and his approach to this work is collaborative and transparent. He will go to bat for you with subs if things aren't done right the first time.
I went through various stages of vetting 6 other GC's. Only one other came close but Tyler was the clear standout.
I'm very happy with how everything turned out with the master bathroom/suite remodel with Tyler as GC (and doing double duty as the main carpenter for non-specialty parts of the project.)

Great working with Tyler at Luminary on a complex remodel of my luxury townhome in Denver. The scope included a full kitchen replacement, electrical and plumbing upgrades, master bath make over, and more. Tyler's attention to detail and top quality sub-contractors made a huge difference in our project. Highly recommend!

Great company! Tyler at luminary helped with some unexpected structural work during a bathroom reno. He explained the situation clearly, presented options, and was all around professional and helpful. Would recommend working with them.
