I sent my husband to get some windows and doors screens installed no one help him he had a heart attack a year ago he asked the staff to help him carry the doors they told him no this is young man that works there he asked them to give him a quote before they install it, they never did he even talk to the manager they hung up on him I would never shop there anymore and I will tell all my co workers and family and friends to never shop there any more what a poor excuse for a company no customer service. The owner sucks too.

I am a frequent customer at this location and felt compelled to share an observation that concerned me. About a week ago, I witnessed an employee whom I believe is a manager named Kendra snapping her fingers at another staff member, Connie. I visit often, and I frequently observe Connie working hard while Kendra appears to be unengaged. It was disappointing to see this dynamic, as it does not reflect the standard of teamwork I would expect from leadership. I value this business and hope that this feedback is helpful in fostering a more positive environment for the staff.

I go here to get new or spare keys made. So far I've had good experiences. If you need anything specific or unique done make sure the key smith is in they're not always there and the regular person can't help you. The prices are good to. The driveways both go out onto two of the busiest streets in Green Bay, be careful when going in and out. The driveway on the Mason St. side needs to be fixed it will bottom out your care if you're not careful.
