Menards

It's always a challenge and we never know what will happen. We're not specialist so we need guidance very often and is very rare to find help in most of the sectors.
Today I was trying to find blinds and after 30 min watching and choosing, I gave up and left with no purchase due to the lack of help.
There were employees everywhere but they don't look at you and most aren't friendly at all. Hopefully and will train them better to support customers and increase the sales.
I could spend over 200 today but left frustrated.

I have to give a shout out to Kyle, the Hardware Manager. I've been looking for a foldable utility cart to take my groceries to my 3rd floor apartment. I saw this one online. It was the last one and Kyle graciously went out of his way to get it from the lawn and garden area, and had it waiting for me at the hardware desk. He was such a pleasant young man. It really is heartwarming for a senior citizen like me to run across such above and beyond, professional, and pleasant customer service.

What a beautiful Saturday. I went to Menards today for the first time and this place is amazing. I was able to get everything I needed and all of the employees were very very helpful! I didn't have to search for workers and they didn't just point out directions to me, they took me exactly where I needed to be. They were all so perfect. Honestly I haven't had this treatment or experience anywhere in Milwaukee. Even the guys around back at the pick up spot were great! Along with security at the exit gate💚 new customer alert for sure!
