Write oneThe prices used to be good, but have drastically increased over the past few years. They are often out of stock of such everyday items as a bulk bag of powdered cinnamon and dried Ives. The price of their dried olives has market increased and they were not priced well. Had to ask a store worker to clarify the different prices. It is hard to locate items you want. A lot of the foods that look interesting are not labeled in English and it is impossible to tell what it can be used for in cooking or if its something interesting to try. In the fruit and vegetable department, the store management got rid of the food scales. So you can't get a good idea of how much the produce will cost or how much to buy to fit a recipe. They no longer have free samples of food or the cups of tea for free. The store has changed a lot. It's a bit disappointing compared to how it used to be.
We shopped at this location a few times. The biggest downside is sometimes items are spoiled. Check for the temperature in the fridges/freezers before picking items.
Fruits and vegetables can be bad and need to be careful of what you are choosing. I’ve seen too many bad products that need to be trashed.
This grocery has everything you’d need from all different cultures, which makes this location a favorable when shopping here.
Love the Ukrainian shelf! Thank you for ordering so much good stuff.
Special thanks for marinated tomatoes! Just keep ordering those :)
And if you guys order pelmeni, it would be fantastic!
I love this place. You can definitely find all kinds of international and specialty fruits, vegetables and foods that you wouldn’t find in your average grocery store. They have every part of any animal (not my forte), butt it’s there (pun intended). The seafood department is fresh with a wide selection to choose from and the staff is great.
