Premier Boating Centers - San Antonio

I recently sold my boat to Premier Boating Center. My contact by phone was Gene Graves. Gene gave me an up- front estimate of what my boat may be worth and advised me that it could vary depending on their appraisal. I felt confident that my boat, though nearly 15 years old, was indeed worth the high end of what their offer would be.
They picked up my boat on Thursday before the July 4th weekend. I was advised that they checked it out at the lake the following mid-week. Soon after, Gene advised me that my boat was as I had described and that his initial offer was good. After signing the required documents on the 14th I was surprised to see my money deposited to my account on the 15th. The transaction had gone very quickly and smoothly. I'm confident that my meticulously cared-for boat will now go to another lucky fisherman who will enjoy it as much as I did.

I recently purchased a new boat from Brett and he made the experience so enjoyable. Very reasonable financing options were made available and adding the accessories I wanted was very easy and accommodating. Patrick in service was also great to work with making a few adjustments and corrections after my first few trips out. The boat functions flawlessly and I feel as though I have their full support which is of great value considering the investment made. Will for sure do business in the future.

Hello, it is not as simple as a thumbs up. Woody did a great job and he is the reason I purchased from Premier. Eric in service also was great. Service work has always been great.(had my previous boat in there a few times). Whoever manages boat trader advertising should do a better job. I went to Corpus Christi to see a boat that was in Mississippi. Then another that was in Conroe. Everyone blamed the inaccuracies on BT. That's a poor answer, someone manages that platform. When my boat was transferred from Conroe to San Antonio it was towed this long distance without any support for the motor. This was very upsetting and while woody said it was inspected you were not willing to stand behind it with any guarantee at all. That was almost a dealbreaker for me. This is the boat I really wanted after many weeks of shopping. Fingers crossed. On pick up day Woody was off and I was not cared for like someone that just spent 90k. Left for at least 30 minutes alone to inspect the boat that was not cleaned well. I pointed this out and it was not addressed. After your guys got all my signatures I was left in the parking lot to hook up on my own. I'm a boater so I've done this for years but it was new equipment to me and took a minute to figure out. It would have been nice to have help (like at other marine centers). So Woody and service department did great. Thumbs up. I was disappointed when I left with my new to me boat.

I was looking for a Ranger RB200 and found a 2023 boat on Boat Trader for a good value. The big problem was it was in San Antonio, TX and I’m in Kentucky. So I called and spoke with Wayne (Woody) Wooden. He was very kind and proactively helpful. He sent a bunch of pictures and videos of the boat and made it obvious this was the boat I was looking for, but it was 1,200 miles away. I had never bought something that expensive “sight-unseen” before. But Woody was so helpful and modest, I pulled the trigger and sent a deposit. We were able to work out the details and I decided to drive down and pick it up. Woody decided he would meet me on the road and drove almost to Waco, where we got
To the boat ramp essentially at the same time, did a water test, signed the paper work and sent me on my way back home to Kentucky. Smooth transaction, the boat was as advertised and it’s home now. Thanks Woody! Great service.
