Terrible service and unprofessional staff.
This is not the first time I’ve had issues here. They sold me the wrong part, and when I came back to get it sorted out, they were rude and completely unhelpful. Instead of taking responsibility, they acted like it was my fault. Their customer service is awful, and clearly, they don’t care about doing things right. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Very bad experience. Yesterday I ordered a specific material, and they sent me something completely different. When I tried to clarify the issue, the staff was rude and showed no willingness to help resolve the problem. This is not the first time that this person has shouted at me in a very nasty way — it has happened several times before. It’s unbelievable that a materials supplier of this size does not have trained and polite staff to properly serve their customers. If they want to keep their clients, they should invest in training their people to provide professional and respectful service. I do not recommend them.

Great company and excellent customer service. Shoutout to Eric who bent over backwards to straighten out a manufacturer issue for my deck build. He always answered his direct line and always called back when he said he would. Very professional and reliable. My deck looks amazing! Thanks!

We had a wonderful experience renovating our kitchen through Riverhead Building Supply with Megan Roberts! She's very helpful, knowledgeable and super responsive--awesome to work with! Our cabinets and countertops are top notch and look great in our space. Plus, Megan came up with a kitchen layout solution that we would never have thought of on our own. Definitely recommend!
