Ron Hoover RV & Marine San Antonio

I wouldn’t recommend buying a Travel trailer from these guys! I bought one 2 years ago and ever since owning it for 4 months I have had issue after issues with it. I call the store to try to get it serviced and I am told “3 months wait, you have to leave it here and we will get to it when we get to it” I have taken my unit to a different dealer for repairs and so fair I have had to replace, the flooring (x2), the ac unit, the slide (the floor fell out), an axle, the kitchen sink, the water heater, and now most currently the couch is just falling when you sit on it. Mind you this unit was brand new when purchased from Ron Hoover. It is a 2024 puma, full of issues and the dealership doesn’t take any ownership or responsibility when trying to help customers with their service department! Also they will force you to finance even though you want to buy cash… and put you on a loan that you ever get the opportunity to actually pay to the principal. Beware of these scam artists!!!!

First time buying at Ron Hoover and so glad we chose them as our dealer. Working with sales person Jeffry was a real pleasure. Always responsive and super knowledgeable and experienced. Also can’t say enough good things about Joel in finance and Ben as the GM. Buying an RV is always a complicated and stressful experience but these professionals made it pleasant and stress free. Most importantly when they told us something was going to happen, it did. As I said earlier, this was our first time buying from Ron Hoover, but we are now customers for life.
