Highly recommend Spaulding Equipment. Everyone we encountered from the saleman to the gentleman delivering our equipment was top notch. Very polite. Our equipment was delivered same day of purchase. We have used Spaulding in the past and will continue to use them for all of our farming equipment needs. They always have what we are looking for and have the best prices of anyone around. 10/10 recommend.

i am amazed at all this great reviews when i have had 3 less than stellar experiences.
1st i brought a kabota tire in to be replaced. it took forever and the tire they put on... was not the same tire that was on the other wheel but it worked.
2nd time i went in to look at 2 used kabota tractors i saw on the lot. our kabota listed above had burned up on a greenhouse fire so we were looking to replace it. i asked two questions and if he could get me the answers, we'd be back to buy on saturday. crickets, no response at all so we bought somewhere else.
3rd time was two weeks ago. i needed a part for my featherlight horse trailer and i was less than excited when i saw they were the closet dealer. i did the online "contact your dealer" form and didnt get a reponse. so driving by for work again on Wednesday, i stopped in. the man behind the counter was less than friendly. he told me i'd have to "email them with the part number and they will get back to us with the price". i didnt know the part number ans that was why i was there. i also told him that i had done the online dealer inquiry online two weeks ago and hadnt heard back. of course the women who deals with that wasnt there.
i have worked in customer service in one way or another most of my life. this is just regular crappy service if its happened 3 seperate times and on 3 different things.

The folks at Spaulding have been very helpful and professional. They have been there for service, parts and anything I need for the farm. In a recent tractor purchase they far exceeded my needs and made sure I was happy with the final product. Lonnie was super helpful, and Katie made the paperwork even easier than I could have hoped for.
They have been there for follow up questions and are super friendly. I would highly recommend them!
