The Boat Dock

Seemed like great people. However, the quality of the boats and the quality of the service department are crippling. My boat has had several major electrical issues. The service department continues to fail to fix them. They said they would get it right over winter, and of course did not. Most recently they ordered the wrong part, but rather than call me and tell me, just kept me waiting. Every time I called about the issue I had to reexplain it. When they told me it was fixed, I told them I really doubted it and asked them to test it. Unfortunately, it took me with a dead boat in the boat launch to realize it wasnt fixed. Avoid this place.

Love the Boat Dock! They gave my family a very fair price on the like new boat we sold them & we went back to them a few months and couldn’t believe the value we got from them on a gently used boat we bought here! Scott, our salesman and the entire staff at The Boat Dock are genuine, knowledgeable, and care more about the happiness of their customers than simply making a quick sale. I highly recommend stopping by to see their incredible selection of new and used boats, campers, and golf carts. They also have a massive shop to service everything they sell! My family will be using them and referring them for years to come!
