Robert answered my call right before closing, then took the time to help me again after hours when I had additional questions. That level of service is hard to find these days and it really went a long way. If this is how they treat someone who isn’t even a customer yet, I can only imagine how well they take care of their customers. Thank you again, Robert.

Add me to the list of Thorpe Machinery fans! On the way home from getting a new 3-point rototiller, I realized I'd glitched on the width. After a night fretting about tire tracks in my new tilled area, I called and spoke with Braeden, who had helped me with the sale. He was all bring it on back and exchange it for the wider one.
