The staff here have always been helpful. Pricing can be a little higher but they also offer price matching if you can prove with a picture on your phone.

My favorite store they have all the stuff just go. They have everything you might need.

In addition to a hard to navigate website, the staff in this store is unprofessional and ignorant as to what their inventory is or where It is located. I don't need to be sent on a wild goose chase, looking for product whos location should be known. "It might be in automotive " or "It might be in welding" doesn't cut it. How about hiring staff that knows WHAT your inventory is and WHERE it is? What a concept... Retailing 101.

Wow, I am totally blown away with how well I was treated coming to this location, The manager took very good care of me after I bought my dog food. I tend to buy in bulk. It was still within date, but there was a minor issue that could cause a problem, She went way over and beyond for my two dogs. The customer service in this location is better than I’ve seen in any tractor supply.!

The front register woman Kim was absolutely rude and disrespectful. Every time I need something or call and she answers is never a pleasant experience. She’s just plain rude and not helpful or anything of the sort.
I do not think retail is where she needs to be working if that’s how she treats all the customers.
