MISERABLE customer service at Gillete, also RUDE! 1st call "yes we have 2 kennels in stock, no you can't reserve or pay over the phone". I order online which said only 1 available, I purchased it. Then Tractor Supply CANCELLED my order because evidently they only had one in stock which was the display. Service rep was rude as hell and also incompetent. As a regular shopping with Tractor at other locations this was by and large my worst experience and it makes Tractor look very, very incompetent and inefficient!

Misty was real helpful. Always smiles and a pleasure when you walk thru the door. Was checking out and she was helping new girl run register and she was training her so sweet. Not grumpy gloom goblin like I've seen in other stores. Ty misty , its nice and refreshing to have someone out there working with a smile and laughter. Hope manager notices.

My husband and I shop at TS often. They have a helpful and friendly staff. Plus! They will price match any of the local stores and I can always count on getting in and out quick. Also, their indoor/outdoor decor is good quality and trendy. 5 Stars!
