Excellent experience here today. I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and a couple of new air filters. The team was fast, professional, and went above and beyond to work with me on the final cost to make sure I could get everything done without breaking the bank. Really appreciate a shop that genuinely cares about its customers. I'll be back!

Write oneI’m really thankful I found this shop. They were kind, honest, and genuinely cared about helping me get to the bottom of my car issues. They even took me to work with their complimentary shuttle service. Basically a car shop AND a temporary Uber 😂
They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and felt safe getting back on the road. They communicated with me, treated me with respect, and made me feel like more than just another customer.
It’s hard to find a repair shop you can truly trust, but I feel confident bringing my vehicle back here in the future. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and anyone looking for honest, caring people to work on their car.
John at Christian Brothers Automotive provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was professional, honest, and took the time to clearly explain the repairs and recommendations for my vehicle. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about customer service and doing the job right. I highly recommend John and the team for anyone looking for trustworthy automotive repair and maintenance.
I brought my 2010 BMW X5 (aka Bessie) in to get an oil change. Scheduling was very easy and the staff were so welcoming and friendly! Great pricing too. Honestly it was better priced than when I had to take Bessie to one of those quick “in and out” oil change places. And it was about the same about of time too. Highly recommend! Samwise approves as well. Will be back again 😊
Customer Service 4/5
Communication 2/5
Cost $$ not much cheaper than going to the dealership
Services / charges I got – Towing ($192.06), Electrical Test/Diagnosis ($197.54), a new battery ($256.58), Battery installation and removal ($54.00), and listed under fees were: shop supplies ($39.25) and a credit card processing fee ($19.97). Total of $759.40 plus taxes ($70.67) left me with a bill of $795.46
I got my car towed on 03/31 after my car died on me while I was driving home. After having had my car for 36 hours without diagnosing It or telling me when they would be able to look at it, I wanted to take my car home. Only after expressing this did they seem concerned about servicing my car. To be fair, the symptoms my car had were indicative of a bigger issue, but knowing my car I knew it was likely not that serious. As a student who also works full time having a reliable vehicle is incredibly important. Also having to spend hundreds of dollars on servicing and diagnosing my vehicle is not ideal.
I do not blame the employees or any individual for this issue. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind. However, if I had had clear communication on when my car would be able to be seen, or an estimate on the diagnosis before my car sat in their parking lot for a day and a half, I would’ve had a much better experience. This seems to be more of a systematic issue than an individual problem. The employees seemed overworked, juggling multiple customers at once. I did make the mistake of not asking for an estimate on cost or asking how long it would take to be seen, but in stressful situations like my car battery dying it is an easy thing to forget.
TLDR: *If you are looking for an inexpensive or quick option, I would not recommend Christian Brothers.*
