Firestone Complete Auto Care

I come there for free tire rotation since we bought tires there. Sometimes I get my oil changed there too. Appointment or no appointment always take at least an hour longer than they tell me. The last time I dropped my car off around 1020 for 11 appointment. Was told would be done 1130-1145. Come back at 1230 car still in garage. I ask how much longer... then I am told that they won't rotate tires because need new ones. They dont have any in stock and will not prorate because I didnt have 3 alignments a year done? The price of oil change with coupon is still high. I said I can go to a quick lube for 65 bucks and be out in 10-15 min. They said quick lubes are bad and can damage car. I told him I had to spend 500 at dealership after my oil was changed at your business because someone messed up some wiring that should never had been touched behind cabin air filter. So no thank you I will take my business elsewhere.

I've used them for tire swaps and alignments almost since I've owned my 1st vehicle back in 2011 and for a little bit they were disappointing but again, good seasons and bad seasons are a variable.
Overall I'll stick with 5 stars, very convenient and fast place to get my tire needs plus their 6 month 0% interest does help with today's horrible economy while also maintaining running the vehicle that feeds my family.
Definitely I'll use them again.

Great Experience my family and I were traveling to see family while on vacation and we experienced a flat tire. Called the store asked if they could help and immediately was told absolutely bring the vehicle in and we will get you taken care of. We dropped the tire off and went to lunch halfway thru lunch received a call your tire is repaired. We went back to the store and they installed the tire and we were on our way. I will add they were super busy the lobby was full of waiters and they still got us done quickly. Thanks Guys

These guys are amazing!!! Kelvin and Jason took care of us and helped ease our stress. We are so thankful for their help!! We drove in from Oklahoma City to visit family for the weekend. We noticed wire showing on our tires and the wheels were leaning in pretty bad. We had had the truck serviced in OKC a week before so it was a stressful situation. Kelvin and Jason at this Firestone got our truck in and taken care of super quick. They made all of it right with new tires to replace the ones that had already gone bad from the issues. We felt like they truly wanted to take care of the situation. What a blessing!!
