I’m a DoorDasher. During the lunch hour last Friday, the splash guard under my car started coming off. I went to one shop and they couldn’t help me because they were all out to lunch. So I called Brad At University Tire and Auto. He told me to come right over, and they would look at it within the hour. Not only was he very kind, but he had me in and out in under 20 minutes and didn’t charge me a thing. I was back on the road taking lunch rush orders in no time. I’m incredibly grateful for their immediate, kind, and generous attention to someone who uses their car to make a living. Thank you, Brad! You will always be the shop I recommend to anyone and everyone in the greater Fayetteville area.

University Auto and Tire was referred to us by a family friend as a great place to take our car if we ever need anything done to it as our daughter is away at school. I would have never imagined having to call them for both cars we drove down on our first trip to Arkansas. We did not have anything major with either car, but they got us in no time and we were able to get back on the road. The service was outstanding. We will definitely be going back.
