Oil change was fine. Point 1. During diagnosis, they sent me an estimate to change my rear struts and shocks. A $568 repair with no explanation as to why that needed to be done. Same with the oil leak diagnosis. I declined both items since there was no mention as to the reason. Later that evening I wanted to go back and read it and it had been removed. Point 2.
I asked to have my brakes checked and was told they check everything. I assume my brakes were good but there was no mention.of them.

We were going out to eat dinner last week and suddenly my car sounded like a gunshot went off. We needed a tow truck so I called Rath Auto immediately and they gave me the phone number of a great tow truck, they took my car to Rath Auto. I was worried due to an appointment 120 miles from my home. Then Rath immediately got my motor fixed, and it turned out the sound was from a sparkplug that had popped out. It was incredible to me, they are awesome. They have been our GO TO for years. Our car was fixed in time for my appointment I was worried about. I love the people working there, theyve helped us for years. They're kind and they work hard. Honest and sincere workers.

Everything was so efficient. Robert was friendly and very helpful.
Appointment was scheduled online and car dropped off at my convenience. Received detailed report via text (including pictures) of their full inspection and list of the services I had scheduled, with estimate. Just checked the boxes to authorize work and picked up car after a quick shopping trip. The cost was actually lower than the estimate.
This was my first experience at Meineki, after my daughter recommended them. It's where I'll be going for service from now on.
