Awesome customer service! The staff was very knowledgeable, and it was my first time there. I had a really great experience and will definitely be coming back.

John Corini at Grainger Milwaukee was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I purchased my industrial shelving. He helped me carefully protect and load it on my trailer. Class act

I came here looking for a furnace part, that according too the lnternet, they have it. Ummmm....no. lol. Walmart claims to have a bumper for my 1965 Riviera, too. Anyway, I was fortunate enough to have Ms Kelly wait on me. She is an absolute treasure at this store. Out of her way she went exploring my options, even suggested some outside of their stores capability.. So while corporate greed would have dictated otherwise, people like Kelly will bring your customers back time and again. Genuine concern for a customers needs is rare these days. I sincerly hope the folks at Grainger can appreciate her...she should have the opportuniy to be a " trainer", thus insuring the future will bring 100 more 'Kellys" to the sales counter. It sure wouldn',t hurt now, would it?
